No one knows when Lucifer or any of the other angels were created. It was eons ago and nothing has been recorded in the Bible of this event.

Though this may be somewhat confusing, it seems that Lucifer and his fellow fallen angels became 'unholy angels'. The moral of this story is believe in God and his holy angels and you have nothing to fear from Lucifer, the devil or whatever name you choose to give him.
