Firstly, the twin towers were not blown up. They were destroyed as a result of severe structural damage inflicted upon them by suicidal terrorists piloting hijacked commercial passenger airplanes.
The sponsor of these terrorists seems to be the Al-Qaeda organization, originally founded and led (up until his death), by a Saudi exile named Osama bin Laden.
Certain people dispute this attribution, claiming one of a variety of other explanations, but the vast majority of current evidence backs the claims of Al-Qaeda for responsibility (this is not to say there aren't inconsistencies in the evidence, but rather, that no other explanation of the attack comes even remotely close to fitting the existing facts as the theory holding Al-Qaeda responsible).

Also, the Twin Towers were not "blown up." Planes were flown into the Towers, which caused them to collapse. No bomb was used.
However, a bomb was used in a previous, unsuccessful attempt to destroy the Towers, in 1993.

Three planes were stolen from an American Airlines and were later used to kill many people.
On September 11, 2001, one plane that had been hijacked flew into the Twin Towers. Many people died that day because of selfishness and hatred. Many other people also died at the Pentagon, where the second plane had landed. Then final plane landed in a field in Oregon, I believe. 9/11 was a very sad day, and I give my best to all the family members of the people who died.
