Simon was beaten to death when he was mistaken for the 'beast.' Piggy was killed when he was knocked from the causeway by a boulder and the littlun with the mulberry coloured birthmark on his face disappeared after the first fire got out of control, presumably killed by the fire or by smoke. Ralph also stabbed at least two of Jack's hunters with his spear so they may also have been killed or badly injured.

Piggy is murdered by Roger, who is truly evil, by pushing a boulder over the edge and crushing both Piggy and the conch shell, which was in Piggy's hand.
Simon is murdered by the boys during a feast-party at night. The boys are acting out how they killed the sow that they were now eating and Simon crawls out of the forest. They boys are scared and think Simon is the beast. They stab him to death and leave him on the beach. Everyone in the morning realizes that it was Simon they had killed but no one wants to admit it.
