Cholera is a disease that occurs through drinking or eating food or liquids contaminated with Vibrio cholerae . It affects animals and humans. Famous people such as Alexander Dumas(French author), Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky(Russian composer) and Adam Mickiewicz(Polish author) died of this disease although historians argue that Tchaikovsky infected himself purposely.
