Not Sasuke. She's moved on from him.From my perspective, it looks like Naruto. Sakura is starting to fall in love with Naruto and her feelings for Sasuke are fading. But of course Naruto doesn't realize this.Anyone who reads the manga and watches the anime knows its true.

But in one manga, a ninja she heals during the Fourth War gives her a love note and she says she's in love with someone else, then sadly remembers sasuke.

hello. this is someone else. The name's kikml2. Personally, as a long-time yaoi fan, i would vote for sasuke. But sadly, that's never gonna happen. But i think that Naruto will probably end up with Hinata, seeing as Sakura is much more of a friend to him.

I agree with the first answer, but I have something I want to add: Some also believe that Naruto will end up with Ino. Even though the chances are low I personally, am a NaruIno fan. I mean I also like NaruHina & NaruSak but I am more of a NaruIno fan.

Um...they're 16 in Shippuden and 12 in the first season. Naruto will most likely wind up with Sakura because of his undying love for her. Hinata merely has a crush on him, as Sakura has a crush on Sasuke. in Shippuden there are subtle hints that NaruSaku will be canon, such as Sakura finally realizing what a violent jerk she's been to him and regretting it. She even goes on a semi-date with him!
