It depends what religion. If it is a Christian, he will turn the other cheek. If it is a Muslim, he will kill you.
Yes, it is against Islam religion, for you as Muslim to kiss someone else of opposite gender, with sexual sense, whether Muslim or non-Muslim. Yes, It is against Islam religion for a Muslim man to kiss any other woman (Muslim or non-Muslim) as well as a Muslim woman to kiss any man (Muslim or non-Muslim) without marriage unless they are close relatives who are not allowed to get married (called in Arabic Mehrems) like brother and sister, one and his/her parents, one and his/her uncle or aunt, etc.
That is currently happening. Several governments limit the freedom of religion. As an example, in Iran, if you change your religion (from Muslim to something else) you can get executed for "apostasy".
Answer 1You are a Muslim if you believe only in one God and that Muhammad is His prophet that is all. The Muslim religion, Islam, is just a religion. Supposedly those born to Muslim parents are considered Muslims, but they can toss away that belief at any time and can also convert back to Islam at any time.Answer 2According to Islamic Law, only the patrilineal line is important in determining whether a child is Muslim. Therefore, the child of a Muslim man and a Christian woman is a Muslim. Contrary to what is espoused in Answer 1, a Muslim is not permitted to leave Islam or else he is liable for death as an apostate.
No one evil, as your question seems to imply. Islam is the name we call the religion of every true prophet of God, from Adam to Muhammad.
To impose the ideas of one group on anyone else is disastrous.

The first Islamic rule is that, per religion, a Muslim man can marry only a Muslim, Jewish, or Christian woman. So, if this non Muslim woman is Christian or Jewish, then per religion, the Muslim man can marry her without need for her to convert to Islam. otherwise, she should convert to Islam to be able to marry the Muslim man. However, her convert to Islam should be based on fill belief in Islam and not just for marriage purposes. As for the child out of wedlock, the child should reported officially in his/her birth certificate to his/her true father not to anyone else. Then, it is left for the married couple choice to agree upon where the child to be raised up.
