Marilyn Vos Savant with an IQ' of 228. When she was 10 years old she made a IQ test and got 145, then they made a conversion regarding her age to 228; but when she growed up she only got 186 of IQ, a IQ not that high. At the moment I dont know wich is the higest IQ, but for example, someone named Kim Ung-Yong in Corea have 210 of IQ at the moment and without conversions.
