The most prolific father of all time is believed to be the last Sharifian Emperor of Morocco, Mulai Ismail (1646-1727). In 1703 he had at least 342 daughters and 525 sons and by 1721 he was reputed to have 700 male descendents. Found on www.geneamusings.com.

Between 1725 and 1765, in a total of 27 confinements, she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets, and four sets of quadruplets. 67 of them survived infancy.

Back in the 1700's in Shuya, Russia lived with a peasant named Feodor Vassilyev who had two wives.

Mrs. Feodor Vassilyev kept busy having children, in fact she had the world's most children ever recorded.

Between 1725 and 1765 Mrs. Feodor Vassilyev had 69 children from 27 pregnancies which included 16 sets of twins, 7 sets of triplets and 4 sets of quadruplets.
