I may not know the exact woman who got women to vote, but I do know that Jeannette Rankin was the first woman elected to Congress, and she was a former sufferage organizer. Hope that helps a little. :) ------------------------------------------------------- I would also suggest you widen your search to include the women's suffragette movements in other countries - in the UK your starting point should be to read up on the life of Emmeline Pankhurst(14 July 1858 - 14 June 1928).

The famous woman who helped women get the right to vote was Susan B. Anthony. She died in Rochester, New York at the age of 86.
