No one in particular invented the mirror. Reflection is a property of light, so as long as there has been light, there have been surfaces off of which it reflects. The first mirrors were likely pools of water, or pieces of volcanic rock known as obsidian.

The most modern version of the mirror that we currently use is usually credited to scientist Justus von Liebig. He applied silver to glass with a reduction of silver nitrate.

I personally have no clue, but sources such as Google say a man named Louise Bourgeois invented many oval mirrors, and Marco Polo was believed to have invented the first oval mirror out of China. Sorry to say, but there's a lot of people who could've invented the oval mirror. Hope I helped!
