Only the first 15 in line are descendants of Queen Elizabeth. The first 18 are descendants of her father. Roughly 57-59 are descendants of her grandfather (the number of descendants is well known, but it is not clear if some of the babies should be considered Catholic or not). Roughly 90 are descendants of her great grandfather including the royal family of Norway.

After about 90 people the next in line are the descendants of Prince Alfred, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1844-1900) who was a son of Queen Victoria. The first of his descendants are the former monarchies of Romania and Serbia. The monarchy of Serbia lives in the United States and would like to be invited back to rule the country.

They maintain a website to keep track of the family. Exactly which ones is #100 would depend on a ruling about who is Catholic or not. The royal family of the United Kingdom only keeps official track of who is Catholic for the first 40 people. They decline to officially check out the "Catholicism" of the entire line of succession which is 5000-8000 people.
