You may be on one of the WikiAnswers International websites. Make sure that the URL in your web browser is actually Wiki.Answers.com. If your username does not work on Wiki.Answers.com, the most likely reason is that your account was renamed due to an inappropriate username. If you believe this could be the case, please email WikiAnswers @ Answers.com (remove spaces) from the email address that is linked to your WikiAnswers account.

Contributor ID numbers are anonymous users that are browsing and contributing via an IP Address. Supervisors see the IP Address, and do not see the ID Number. The reason non-members have an ID is because it is a way to track a certain person's contributions when they haven't signed up for an account. The ID keeps their IP address and other personal information private, and acts like a temporary username to track the person's contributions until they sign up for an account on WikiAnswers.
