Rock Hudson's first and only marriage was an studio arranged marriage. No children were produced from this union. Friends of Mr. Hudson have said he wanted children and at one time seriously thought of adoption. But he never followed through on these feelings. Also he told his long time lover at the end of his life that he thought he might have a son. However, his estate was left to George Nader and Mark Miller; two long time friends. He didn't acknowledge any children.

Yes, A son Richard, that he never met and a daughter, Susan Dent, that he never knew he had. Susan's mother told her late in life the Hudson was her biological father.
