Pussycatdolls have been around longer and have a bigger following and Girlicious started later and has gone through many changes with the members of the group. There didn't seem to be a definite answer on who is better, but it seems the majoriy like the Pussycatdolls.
The reason Girlicious disbanded was that two of it's members, Mejia and Sayers, departed the group in February 2011. Cordova, the third member of the group, announced her departure in the form of joining a new band, Girls United.

Girlicious was created in 2008.
Girlicious's new label desided, with Robyn Anton, that the group should no longer be Urban ( style or music ) . Charley desided to stick with her morals, and desided that what they were doing was not a good idea, and left the group, with ALOT of prodding from the label and the rest of the group . Basically, she was kicked out for sticking to her morals .
There is no such song entitled Girlicious Like Me. There is, however, a band entitled Girlicious who released a song in 2009 entitled Like Me. It was the debut single from the album Girlicious.

Pussycat Dolls Present Girlicious - 2008 Let's Get Girlicious 1-1 was released on: USA: 18 February 2008
Robin Antin the creator of Girlicious wanted to take the group into a new direction. The group is urban pop,but Robin wanted The group to not be urban any longer. She now wants to make their music more high energy and danceable, like pop for an a example. Ron Fair is the Sherman or def Records. Girlicious used to be signed with that record company. Now they are with a new label. Girlicious came from a reality tv show called The Pussycat Dolls Present:Girlicious. There are 4 members of girlicious. Their names are Nichole, Tiffanie, Chrystina and Natalie. Robin always invisioned the group as 3 girls. She originally didn't want Tiffanie in the group, Ron Fair did, so they decisded to choose the 4, but now sicne they're with a new record label she kicked Tiffanie out. Robin thought Tiffanie wouldn't fit in with the new style/direction that they were going for. Tiffanie is no longer apart of Girlicious. Now there are only 3 members of Girlicious, Nichole, Natalie and Chrystina.
No, she quit because they were moving in a "new direction" being that the label decided that they didn't want Girlicious to be "urban". Tiffanie defines herself as an urban artist so she left; also because of tensions in the group.
