During the Clone Wars, Clone Troopers were clones bought by the Republic from Kamino. After the rise of the Empire, the Imperial Academy started training humans to take the place of clones. The uniforms and armor also changed during the period between Episode 3 and Episode 4.

That depends. At the beginning of the Galactic Empire, all "storm troopers" were simply clone troopers from the Republic who were refitted and reoutfitted with new weapons and armor when the Emperor took over. These stormtroopers used to be clone troopers, and would therefore have identical abilities. However, later on, the Galactic Empire began recruiting people from planets they had conquered to be storm troopers. These people were certaintly trained, but seeing as clone troopers had trained their entire lives (10 years) before entering the war, they would more than likely be the superior soldiers.

There are dozens of different types of storm troopers. Examples: nova troopers,dark troopers,shadow troopers,scout troopers,evo troopers,jump troopers,rad troopers,sand troopers,pilots,shadow scouts,storm trooper commanders,snow troopers,shock troopers,heavy troopers,and so many many many more. By the way some of the clones that you said about like the snow trooper,black hole troopers,and sand troopers are actually storm troopers.

In the end they are evil but technically they only did what they were bred to do. They never really had a moral code of their own and only did as ordered.
