Ernest Rohm was in charge of the SA who were a group loyal to Germany and the Nazis not just to Hitler specifically. Rohm was killed in the Night of the Long Knives along with other SA leaders. They were killed as Hitler believed the SA could revolt and with Rohm as their leader he could be a potential rival to him.
They were called Nazis.
I'm thinking the SA was disbanded after the murder of Roehm, after the night of the long knives....
He got them to work for him by getting the Nazis to kill and the Nazis must like to kill.
Nazis are not gay; in fact, the Nazis murdered tens of thousands of gay people in concentration and death camps.
after ww2 the Nazis probably went to south America and hid out there. there have been official records of Nazis making there homes in Argentina and Mexico. actually the Nazis did attempt to get Mexico to join the axis powers and help fight against the allies.
The many Nazis believed that there would be a second revolution because they felt that it was a requirement for the Nazi ideology to be fulfilled. Since the first revolution was a success, the Nazis wanted to entrench the party's official socialist program. Exactly, especially Goebbels & Roehm. Goebbels was intersted in nationalizing industry & Roehm saw a "new peoples army led by the SA with himself as its leader. Hitler had no such plans..... it resulted in the death of Roehm. Goebbels forgot socialism....he knew he could not challenge Hitler.

Yes, there were some gay Nazis, especially early. In particular, Ernst Roehm was a homosexual- Roehm was the commander of the Sturmabteilung ("assault section"), or SA, which was the Nazi Party's private army. As the SA commander, Roehm was one of the most powerful Nazis aside from Hitler himself.Once Hitler and the Nazis took control of Germany in 1933-34, Hitler and the Nazi leadership decided they did not approve of homosexuals and added them to the long list of people they disliked. In the summer of 1934, the Nazis carried out the "Night of the Long Knives", where they summarily executed hundreds of political rivals, including potential rivals within the Nazi Party itself. Roehm was among the people murdered, and the SA was largely disbanded. After the Night of the Long Knives, any homosexuals remaining within the Nazi Party were forced to keep it absolutely secret, for fear that they may be arrested and executed as well. Most Nazis were not gay. Homosexuality was illegal in most countries at the time, and particularly dangerous in Nazi Germany. Any gay Nazis would have been deeply closeted. However, homosexuality is very common (some think about 1 in 10 people) and so it is not surprising that some high-ranking Nazis were gay. Goering apparently enjoyed young men.

Hitler feared an uprising from the SA, which Ernst Roehm was a leader of. He ordered the shooting of all most members of the SA, all senior members definitely. Hitler and Roehm were very close friends and Roehm was never planning on an uprising as he was Hitler's most loyal general. Hitler felt guilty on ordering the execution of one of his closest friends and gave Roehm the option to commit suicide, by placing a gun on the table and giving Roehm ten minutes alone. Roehm decided not to commit suicide and was shot.
