Men have both upper and lower body strength advantage over women.The stupid myth that women have more lower body strength is 100% BULLSH*T.The world squat record for men is 1200 lbs while for women is only 800lbs.There are many studies that have proven that men have both stronger upper and lower body.

On Average Men have much more lean mass and denser bones and absolutely near low to no fat in legs compared to women, all the fat is stored in mid-section because of Testosterone's effect on Male anatomy. That's what make many think men are weaker in lower body strength. Women store much of their fat in their Hips and thighs which make many think women are stronger but the truth is women have smaller legs bones and joints then men. Although that doesn't make Women weaker, they have wide pelvis (hip bone) which gives them more stability than Men who have narrow hip bone. So who is stronger? No bias answer the truth is Men are(in both lower body and upper body strength, although women are much closer to men in lower body strength but still not stronger, testosterone totally changes the game). How? A average man is more than 5 inches taller than average women, Men have denser and bigger bones,joints(thicker wrists) than average women, More lean mass and comparitively less body fat. It's the way we were created. Women are not weaker but are at natural disadvantage than men.
