It is an irrelevant question because Tamilnadu is one of the states of Indian union. In this union the prime minister is head of the state(eg. union of India consisting 28 states). Thus there will not be a prime minister for a state. however it may be your doubt that Who is the head of tamilnadu is considering. Normally chief minister headed the state. In that aspect Mr. karunanidhi is the chief minister of Tamilnadu.
