Nobody knows who exactly is the best Pokémon player in the world. There are some really good players who just don't have Wi-Fi Connection.
I believe I'm one of the best Pokémon players in the world or at least in the Top 10.

∙ 10y agoi'm assuming you are talking about the video game, there is not yet a confirmed battle of the top 10 people in the world who play the game but I've been to a few worldwide contests and am going to tell you based on the most recent contest
10: Whitney Chevrier: (not the one with the Miltank)
9: James Ogle (great player has beaten a lot of people but I beat him this year)
8: Micheal Scet (myself right after I beat James)
7: William Ogle (James' older brother, he had a draw with Faust (perish song)
6: Faust Grey (many people think he is a hacker, he's just that good)
5: Kishia Derasi (destroyed me completely)
4: Fan ung (considered one of Chinas' best players
3: Alex Jacobson (is unstoppable in a double battle)
2: Fredrick Patterson (I know nothing about this guy, all I know is that he lost to...)
1:Ray Rizzo (he's won the world championship twice in a row and is truly fit to have the title "pokemon master"
