Well there are many but I'll assume that you mean clones and I'll dumb it down. The orange one is Commander Cody who serves under Obi-Wan Kenobi, Commander Fox is the red one who is the leader of one part of the Coruscant Guard, the Blue one is Captain Rex (rank is not equivalent) who serves under the command of Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, the green one is Commander Gree who mainly serves under the command of Luminara Unduli but has served under Yoda, the yellow one is Commander Bly who serves under the command of Aaylaa Secura, the burgundy one is Commander Ponds who serves under the command of Mace Windu, the gray one is Commander Wolffe who serves under the command of Plo Koon, the brown one is Commander Jet who serves under the command of Ki-Adi Mundi. There are also ARC Troopers (Advanced Recon Commander) Commander Colt (red, dead) Commander Havoc (blue, dead) Commander Blitz (yellow) ARC Trooper Fives (blue) ARC Trooper Echo (blue, dead) That's all so far.

There are many but here are some. There's Commander Cody, Commander Gree, Commander Fox, Commander Bly, Captain Rex (equivalent to Commander), Commander Ponds Commander Jet, and some more but I can't remember.

The best is the one who trained them,the legendary alpha-17,then theres fordo,then rex and Cody. there are more than 100 clone comanders, but only few are known.the ones that are(ones found as figures or in the movies)known are the elite or famous clone commanders or captains.andwho ever said Cody died on Kashyyyk has never seen ep.lll,that was gree,Cody was on utapau and did not die.

Commander Cody is the best because he commands some of the smartest and most skilled clone troopers, he's an expert with a DC-15A blaster rifle, he serves under Obi Wan Kenobi, he's deadly, smart, has a good aim, and can work his way out of any situation, and can use any vehicle or weapon you throw at him be it Republic or Seperatist. He also commands the 212th attack battalion who, unfortunately was assigned with the task of annihilating Obi Wan Kenobi, (He escaped) and when Vader found they failed, He was sort mad.. and you could kill tons of OTHER Jedi when they KNEW it was coming..
