If there was one it probably came from Prince Henry's map school and he had aPortuguese pilot who sort of had a map, but they had an incomplete map, didn't they? I don't remember reading that he had a map because he had to keep taking readings and his journals don't tell of a map.

However it was common to call these "silk maps".The escape maps were carried by bomber pilots in case they got shot down. The cloth maps were marked with road and ocean currents to aid in their escape and evasion.

The Mayflower was manufactured in England. It was built in Harwich, England. If you go there to catch the Ferry to Amsterdam, they have billboards all about building the Mayflower in the Ferry station.
