I have a 1998 Hyundai Elantra and had the rotors replaced, you will have to have a shop to do it because they have to be pressed off and then back on again with a specialized machine or tool. Of course unless you have that tool you can do it yourself. Good luck.

there's no such thing as a Hyundai ''lantra'', its elantra If it's the same as Elantra try modifiedlife.com. They got free wiring diagrams for many makes and models. Sorry. There is a Lantra. It was released in Australia by Hyundai during the late 90s. There is a sedan and a sports wagon.

Try this site. I got the one for my 1998 Elantra and well as the alarm diagram. It was free and basically: click on Car Stereo Wiring Diagrams near the upper left of the page, click on Hyundai where all the makes are and then look to the right for the car you want. www.modifiedlife.com

You need to type a question that makes sense.^You're a jerk. \.The poster probably made a typing mistake, as the question makes perfect sense. I believe they meant '...1.8 liter engine aninterference...'According to http://mechdb.com/index.php/Interference_engine , No. It lists the 1.8 up to 1995 as being interference. However, I own a 96 and have found several parts stored that claim mine is interference. Either way, change the timing belt on schedule and forget about it.-Nick

If I'm not mistaken, it should be under the hood. Facing the car it should be on the right in the black box just above the battery.
