No that is not Mary magadelene, it is John. As John was the youngest of the twelve disciples.
The Last Supper = the last meal Jesus ate with his disciples was when Jesus was 33. The chronology is disputed, it might have been somewhere between 7 BC and 7 AD. So much for your question. But maybe you do not mean what you write. Maybe you want to know when the painting representing that Last Supper was painted. This is also difficult to answer, because this subject has been painted by hundreds of artists from the 3rd to the 20th centuries. So, maybe you believe that Leonardo da Vinci's painting 'The Last Supper' is the only one. That is a mistake. Anyway it was painted 1495-1497.
Many painters have painted the last supper. But you are probably referring to Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper". It is not actually a painting, it is a mural (wall painting). It was painted on the wall of the refectory of the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie, in Milan.
Hundreds of artists through the ages have painted the 'Last Supper'.

Brunozetti painted what is said to be a copy of "The Last Supper" after the version of "The Last Supper" was painted by Leonardo da Vinci in the 15th Century. There is no documentation to note what year Brunozetti painted this work.

Jesus did with his apostles at the last supper.
Passover existed before the Last Supper, so Jesus did not institute it at the Last Supper. He was celebrating the Passover and instituted the Eucharist at the Last Supper.
In every depiction of the Last Supper I have seen, Jesus is in the exact middle of the picture, usually with a hand raised in blessing, and if all the apostles (save Judas) have halos, the one over Jesus's head will usually be the largest or brightest.
