When Dr. Conrad Murray entered the room, Mr. Jackson was not breathing, but he did have a slight pulse and his body was still warm. Dr. Murray attempted to revive Mr. Jackson for 5-10 minutes, then eventually phoned security, but he did not receive a response.

Dr. Murray ran downstairs and yelled for help. When a chef answered, he told them to send a security officer to the room. Murray's efforts to revive him were ineffective. Eventually the security called 911. The call was made at 12:21 P.M. Paramedics arrived at 12:26 P.M.

The paramedics performed CPR for 42 minutes in the house, before taking him into the hospital. Here's where the accounts differ. Murray's attorney states that Jackson still had a slight pulse when he was put in the ambulance.

On the other hand, paramedics state that Jackson was already in "full cardiac arrest" when they arrived. In other words, Mr. Jackson was already deceased.

The ambulance arrived at the hospital at 1:14 P.M. After a team of medical personnel attempted to revive him for more than an hour, Michael Jackson was pronounced dead at 2:26 P.M.
