Soccer Players. The field is much larger, and endurance is a much larger factor in soccer. Soccer games are also MUCH longer than basketball games, no matter what level you're playing in. Also, there are only 3 substitutions allowed the whole soccer match as opposed to unlimited in basketball. Basketball players run an average of 5 miles per game while soccer players run 7 miles per game.

Depends on how much you play, but usually soccer players BY FAR. (:

football players because they have a bigger field. But soccer players have a better ball because it is round.

Yes, She played soccer and basketball when she was little. She said that she loves to surf, and plays tennis, basketball, and runs to stay in shape.

only if the ball is out of his hands before the time runs out , if he scores that is counted as a goal

Movement allow players to make runs during attack and during covering opponent players. Players with most movements cover long distances on the pitch and contribute to their work rates.

In basketball, there are 5 players at one time, trying to shoot the ball into the hoop. In baseball, 9 players play per team, and they try to hit the ball and score runs while the other team plays defense.

Maybe :d ===> Very likely, seeing as Backyard Basketball 2004 runs perfectly on it.

As of 2009 there are 25 playes with 500 home runs or more.

when someone runs holding the basketball

here by "football" I am assuming as real football and not American football or Rugby. I play both basketball and football, according to me basketball requires more stamina when compared because a good basketball player do not have time to take rest while playing and should always be running around, all 5 players plays as defense and offense, the game is more faster. In football, we have wings, defense, striker etc for various roles and they do not play both defense and offense unlike basketball.Example, when the ball is being played on the other side, that's like when our team attack them, our defense have time to take rest during the game itself staying behind.Basketball = good player runs moreFootball = bad player runs more trying to get the ball

the umpire runs across the court and looks at the players to check were the ball is and then puts it on a tally then he goes to the referee and sings cher songs

When a basketball player runs with the ball with out dribbling, they are traveling which is against the rules.

There are 17 official runs that FIFA has. They mostly point to the interference of the match or circumstances that pose a threat or danger to the players or officials on the pitch.

2 players hit 40 or more home runs in 2008, both from the National League. R. Howard(47), and A. Dunn (40)

NO would you play soccer if you had the runs

A Soccer game runs for 90 minutes. *i think*

Players are not cars so we cant exactly tell how fast each player runs, but currently Seydou Doumbia and Ahmed Musa are very fast

An average basketball player runs about 5 miles in a basketball game!

I cannot find a resource to answer the question, but the 2009 NY Yankees had four players with 100+ runs scored. Interestingly, not only do the NY Yankees have 4 players (Jeter, Damon, Texeira, Cano)that scored 100 or more runs in 2009, but their upcoming 2009 World Series opponent Philadelphia Phillies also have 4 players that have scored 100 or more runs (Rollins, Victorino, Utley and Howard) in 2009. Philadelphia also has 2 more players (Werth and Ibanez) in the 90's. Pretty remarkable. Finding out which team has the most players with 100 or more runs scored in a season is difficult, I've never heard of that stat. I did go on mlb.com and search lots of great individual teams and none of them had 4 players. I would guess this could be the first time that two teams both having 4 are facing each other in the World Series. Eventually I found that the 1931 Yankees had 6 players that scored 100 runs or more (Gehrig, Ruth, Combs, Chapman,Sewell and Lary) but I only looked them up because I found that team holds the record for most overall runs scored in a season post 1900 (1067 runs). So there still could be another team that has more than 6. I doubt it, but there could be.
