I might have to agree here, I also thought Cale wrote this song. He had a couple of killer albums, one of which was a "white" album with cocaine on it. Also, "I'm goin down, I'm goin down down down down down". Great song. As for ripping Clapton off, they're buds and performed together on numerous occassons.
