in order to kill someone easily follow these simple steps

step 1.get a gun

step 2.target the gun to the person

step 3.use the left or the right stick and move the aiming white thing THAT SHAPES AS A CIRCLE to the head

step 4.shoot the gun

note:this is better than doing free style and then shoot the gun on the person head because the person will run or kill you before you

you must do it quickly before they shoot you to get an easy 80 percent but not to quickly or you probably miss

this will probably not work in the computer so test it out because i never tried playing gta 4 in the computer before

Ok well there are those choices wether to spare or kill a person but here I go. First up is Ivan. I let him live because he will be a random character in the game. Next, Dwaynes girl, Cherise. Let her live, she will also be a random character. Ok, this one is hard. Playboy X or Dwayne. If you kill Playboy, Dwayne gives you PX's house, gta 3 clothes, and you can call him for help when needed. If you kill Dwayne, you get 25K but then px gets all mad at u. Next is Clarance, just another random, let him live. Another tough one, Francis or Derrick McReary. If u want a 100% completion, kill Francis. But letting him live, you get a better police database and the ability for him to lower your wanted level. Almost last, Darko who betrayed Niko's group. It dosen't matter what you do, if you kill him, Niko shoots him 12 times for the friends lost. Finally, Roman or Kate. If you go through with the deal, Kate won't go to the wedding, and Roman will die. If you choose revenge against Dimitri, Pegorino will come and gun down Kate. The saying I heard goes bros before hos, so I would kill kate. I also heard about a glitch where you can still date her on love meet. Hope this helps!
