Who was ann and Mary bolyen?
Mary Boleyn was Henry VIII's mistress when he was married to Katherine of Aragon. Eventually the relationship of Henry and Mary ended and he became interested in her older sister Anne. He grew tired of his marriage to Katherine of Aragon and sought to find a way to get out of it. In the end he had the marriage annuled. He said that their marriage was never legal to begin with because she was married to his brother before he'd died. She claimed that the marriage was never consummated, thus allowing her to be free to marry Henry. However, Henry had the church on his side and he was able to get an annulment of their marriage leaving him free to marry his mistress' (Mary) sister Anne Boleyn. They were married only a few years before he had her beheaded citing infidelity and incest.
Her name was Mary Tudor, she became queen after Edward, Henry's son, died. She married the king of Spain, but never had an hier, upon her death her sister queen Elizabeth I took the throne instead of her husband due to popular demand of the people. She was known as bloody Mary because of what she did to the Protestants, and her mother was not Anne bolyen, but Catherine of aragon.
