the triangular trade route starts from Africa, exporting slaves. then it goes to the West Indies, they then give mollases to the American colonies wich give again to Africa rum, iron goods, guns etc.

Basically everyone invovled, except the actual slaves. People in Africa were paid to hand people over for slavery, people in the West Indies recieved slaves in return of goods such as molasses, and the colonists brought home the West Indies' goods and the slaves who were not sold along the way.
