As having a dark colored skin is an advantage in Tropical climates (i.e. in Africa) it is likely that this early population of Humans were all dark skinned. Light skinned Humans would have evolved as individuals spread out from this initial African population to colonize areas in higher latitudes. Where the strength of the Sun is weaker having a light skin is an advantage. Thus your question would have been better as "Who was the first white guy" - of cause we will never know, it is too far back in the past and there was no written language and no records were kept.
