The god of grapes/wine. In Greek it is Dionysus. Bacchus was the Roman name.
I have never heard of a Dionisio, but Dionysus is a Greek god. He is the god of wine, his animal is the tiger, and his symbol is grapes.
Dionysus was the great Olympian god of wine-making, viticulture, wine-types and regions, wine-merchants and commence, wine-drinking (for pleasure/party), wine-drinking (for health), drunkenness, madness, phantoms and hallucination; fruit, grapes, figs, apples, vegetation, god of plays: tragedy, comedy, and choral song, god of cross-dressing: homosexuality, effeminacy, reincarnation and the afterlife.
Dionysus did many things in Greek mythology. He was the god of wine and fertility. Firstly, he invented wine, and spread the art of squashing grapes around the world. Secondly, he was very good at curing madness. Also, he could turn people mad if he wanted to. Dionysus was also the god of festivals!
Dionysus is the god of vegetation and so of grapes and wine, he is also the god of madness and pleasure.

Grapes are a fruit which means the grow off of vines from the ground naturally. So no one actually founded grapes. But if you believe in God you could say he did since he created the Earth and everything on it.
Bacchus was the Roman god of wine and revelry, his symbol is usually a bunch of grapes.
Grapes symbolize connectivity, family bonds, abundance, and wealth. Moreover, they can refer to the Greek God of wine, Dionysus, who is known for partying.
I'm tempted to say 'God', but seriously, grapes are grown in many countries of the world where the climate is not too cold nor too hot. Some grapes are eated as such, some are crushed and made into grape juice or wine.
