The first President to be impeached was Andrew Johnson. President from 1865-1869. He was tried in spring of 1868, by the Senate and was acquitted by one vote, on the Impeachment charges, and therefore, not removed from office.
The second President to be impeached was Bill Clinton. President from 1993-2001. He was impeached in 1998 and was found not guilty.
The only presidents to ever be in peach by the House of Representatives are Andrew Johnson and William Jefferson Clinton. Andrew Johnson in 1868 and Bill Clinton in 1998.

The impeachments for each person would be separate, but they can most certainly be impeached at or near the same time. But that depends on how the House of Representatives wished to proceed - they could decide that handling both impeachment procedures concurrently would be too much all at once.
