Saddam Hussein for the Iraqi side.

King Fahad bin Abdulaziz was the leader of Saudi Arabia during the Desert Storm/Gulf War

General Khaled bin Sultan and General Schwarzkopf were joint commanders of the allied forces General Powell was the overall Commanding General of all Desert Storm Operations.
