Its on ones opinion and depends on what kind of music because there are loads. Some bands are more popular than others but doesn't mean they're the best.

True, but looking from many different points of view, personally, I think Linkin Park only because they are popular, sing well but then someone who likes a different genre may think differently, so, the best band is whatever band you think yourself, personally.
