Daniel Radcliffe still plays him.
They used make-up and computer effects to make them older, however the first time they shoot the scenes they over did the make-up and made them look like they were in their late forties instead of late thirties, so they re-shoot the scenes at the start of December 2010.

∙ 13y agoJamie Campbell Bower will play Gellert Grindelward however it is unlikely he will play the old Grindlewald as he himself is only twenty two. They could of course age him like they have done for the epilogue. If Bower isn't playing the older Grindelwald it is unknown who will.
