ok this can be answered however it can get confusing. Before there was a hulkamania there was a king. That king was jerry lawler. In Memphis in i believe 1987 they had a match and he beat him via countout. what then happened was vince mchmahon jr freaked out and said this shouldn't be happening. so they erased it and act like it never happened. so for the one that counts hogan if you lookin for the one that didnt lawler
