Virtually every denomination worships God in a Church building. But The Bible doesn't refer to "the church" as a building, but as a people. The church in God's eyes are His people, not buildings.

Christians worship in church by praying to God, singing praises to Him and listening to a sermon about some Bible topic.

Christians also fellowship with one another in church and talk about their faith to one another and encourage each other in their faith.

But it isn't WHERE we worship God that matters, it is HOW we worship God. And Jesus confirmed in John 4:24 that we are to worship God in spirit and truth.
