To play Lady Macbeth I would have to choose Helena Bonham Carter because she can act strong minded and evil (like in Harry Potter) but can also act troubled and she can act kind and caring to the King (like in Charlie and the Chocolate factory.) Helena Bonham Carter is best known for her eccentric roles, particularly Ms. Lovett in Sweeney Todd and Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter movies. Through her, Lady Macbeth would keep her strong (though eventually eroded) will and ambition, but gain a dark sense of humor, which I think would benefit a big-screen adaption of the play.
I'm going to say Russel crowe would be good, or ewan macgregor (sp?).
Lots of actors would be suitable. It might be easier to think of actors who would not be suitable.
Any actor who is male, in good physical shape and of an age to have young children could play the part. Pick your favourite.
Russell Crow IMO.
Macbeth and Lady Macbeth acted surprised and shocked by the events. Lady Macbeth pretends to faint and Macbeth tries to avoid suspicion by stating the King would have died happily if he had died earlier.
Perhaps in a vague sort of way. It is suggested that they had insight into what would happen so they foresaw that Lady Macbeth would become Macbeth's partner in crime.

She is 100% responsible for it. At the beginning of Act I Scene 7 Macbeth decides that it would do no good to kill the king. However, Lady Macbeth totally turns his decision around by playing on his masculinity and pride.
Lady Macbeth is often portrayed as a fourth witch.
Sure, why not? She has shown she can play evil but plausible characters.
Loads of actresses have played Lady Macbeth. Some of the more famous are Sarah Siddons, who famously played Lady Macbeth from 1780 to 1812 in various productions. A famous twentieth century Lady Macbeth was Dame Judith Anderson, who played the part in 1937, 1941, 1956 and 1960, most often opposite Maurice Evans.
I do not believe there was such warning. Lady Macbeth and Macbeth were husband and wife- they were partners. No warning would be needed.

Lady Macbeth is excited about it. Macbeth is of two minds: "This supernatural soliciting cannot be bad; cannot be good."
I would think that it would depend a great deal upon a) who is in the audience and b) the actress who is playing Lady Macbeth. I do not agree, she immediately comes over as a manipulative woman (as I have seen the play several times , I can comment) who would stop at nothing to protect her man, or to advance his prowess...brilliant play
That she would give up her child if it is need
Lady Macbeth effects Macbeth's actions by pushing him towards the murder. Initially, Macbeth was unsure of what he wanted to do. He stated that if he was meant to become king, it would happen naturally. Lady Macbeth caused him to change his mind and planned the murder of King Duncan.
