Well it would be a interesting fight but my money would be on the polar bear. With its shear size, strength, determination, and courage, it would tear the falcon apart with one hit due to it's dangerously sharp claws. Although, the falcon might actually put up a fight, if it were lucky enough to rip out the bear's eyes and blind it. Of course, that wouldn't save the falcon for long because bears are good at ignoring extreme pain, and they have a great sense of smell. So the bear would still win.
