Who would win a fight a crocodile or a black bear?

The polar bear could claw the crocodile, but this would do nothing since the crocodile has such a tough skin to protect. Unless the polar bear flipped over the crocodile and swat its stomach, the polar bear would win the fight. If a crocodile and a polar bear were to fight in water, most likely the polar bear would be the meal of the crocodile.
