Who would win in a fight, ghostbusters or Danny Phantom Why?

They wouldn't fight because they're both good guys.
But, if they did fight, then it would probably depend on when they were plucked from their respective franchises. Danny at the end of the show could easily beat the Ghostbusters from the very beginning of the first movie, but the Ghostbusters from the end of their franchise could beat episode 1 Danny.

Will they make a live Danny Phantom movie?
Theres about a 50/50 chance....theres a live action Fairly Odd Parents Movie coming out, but I would say Danny Phantom would be a lot more promising and could probably come out as a trilogy. If Hollywood keeps lacking ideas (For real, theres a movie about how FACEBOOK was created....) I could see a Danny Phantom Live Action being made, if not Theatrical, a Nick T.V movie for sure. --- So far all of Nick's Live Action Movies have been epic fails, you wouldn't want there to be a Danny Phantom live action >.< BUT, I did hear Chilllettucefilms's were in the process of making one, the producer is uploading videos on youtube to see what fans want in the movie, you should check it out so the movie doesn't get destroyed.

go to youtube.com and type in Danny phantom episode one i think he is asking where the original premiere is to watch because before episode one Mystery Meat there was a short video of him getting his powers. it was kind of an exclusive airing and i remember watching it when it came out. Sorry, i don't actually know where you can watch it, i have been looking for it myself for some time. just thought i would try to clear this up

Why did they cancel Danny Phantom?
Danny Phantom was canceled because it was losing popularity and because Nick needed to make room for new shows. You can still see Danny phantom regularly on Nicktoons Network.They canceled Danny Phantom because Nickelodeon thought it was a really bad show. They told the producers of Danny Phantom in the year 2006 and it ended on 2007 with Phantom Planet. I'm sad too :( But Phantom Planet was pretty hakin' awesome! ;DThis is what happened to Danny Phantom: In 2004, Nickelodeon started the series "Danny Phantom". Over 2 years, the producers decided that Danny Phantom didn't have enough viewers. In 2007, the movie "Phantom Planet" viewed and the series was canceled.:(I've actually read that the producer of Danny Phantom was overspending his budget, so they then had to cancel the show.Right after Nick renewed Butch for a two year contract he started overspending the budget. First he switched to a much more expensive form of animation that was costing almost double what the old animation cost.Then he started hiring voice actors without Nick's consent.Then when Reign Storm was put in production he over spent the budget by over 20,000 dollarsHe asked the executives for 2 million dollars for advertising Ultimate Enemy. They gave him the money on the grounds that it would take in over 5 million in the GBA game and Burger King toys. But after paying royalties to THQ and Burger King Nick only made under 50,000. Nick was getting fed up with DP costing so much so they said if BH got merchandising rights he could continue the show. He tried several companies, but word had got around of DP's marketing failure so they all turned him down.Nick couldn't get him out of his contract so they agreed to let him finish seasons 2 and 3. But they stopped airing episodes frequently and gave it little to no airtime unless there was money invested.And that is the reason Danny Phantom was cancelled.And if you are wondering why FOP was renewed, its because they use an incredibly cheap form of animation that costs less than 1/4th of what DP costs and FOP makes millions in merchandise.And Butch Hartman only worked on ONE Season 3 episode!!!!

The show is not inappropriate at all, but some kids may not understand some of the jokes and situations that happen. I would probably reccommend this for kids at least at the age of 4.
