If the blind man doesn't have the power of the force, then Mace. If the blind man were a sith or jedi... well, then it comes down to experience and strength. If the blind man is a miraluka like Visas Marr, then I gotta give it to the miraluka. They are born with full sensitivity to the force and thus have an extra instinct that Windu couldn't possibly have.
