Iron Man would beat him up but it won't work. Batman would hack his tech armor in 1 second. Iron Man will try to kill Batman but he can't. Batman will hack his armor, Iron Man will try to fly but he won't. His armor will be destroyed in 1 second. His armor will explode into pieces and Batman will knock him out with one punch in the face.

The only concievable way Batman could ever win is if he knew Iron Man was coming and had a lot of time to prepare for his arrival, even then he would have little chance of winningI disagree, Bruce Wayne has access to as much technology as Tony Stark, and as seen he can utilize any necesary rescource to his advantage and Bruce Wany is a much more anaylicical detectiveBATMAN FTW !
