Historically, the only two hot blooded horses are Arabians and Thoroughbreds.

Cold blooded horses are all the draft breeds.

Every other breed of horse is considered to be a warm blood.

The answer above is correct except for the fact that the Arabian and Thoroughbred are not the only two hot blooded breeds, this group also includes Anglo-Arabians (an established breed in France) Akhal-Tekes, Caspians, Marwaris, and Kathiawaris.

Farming. This is why the Europeans laugh at us on the way to the bank, because they make money off of farm horses which we buy for thousands of dollars when they are worth hundreds.

Modern European warmblood horse breeds were originally farm horses, but now, the majority of them are bred for specifc sports and tend to excel at them. However the term 'warmblood' can be applied to any horse that is the resulting cross of a hotblood breed and a coldblood breed, so be weary when seeing a horse advertised as a warmblood.

There are many 'brees' of warmblood horses. including American WB, Canadian WB, British WB, Dutch WB, Belgian WB, Swiss,wb, swedish wb, hanoverian, holsteiner, weilkopolski(polish wb) Trakehner, and many more.

Now i think i know they are warmblooded because they need the heat to be warm during winter if they wern't warmblooded they would have been died
