In tales OS symphonia dawn of the new world Tenebrae is just a character that goes with you Almost like Lloyd at one point He basiclly follows you around giving you hints
It's too early to tell, but my guess would be no. from another tales of symphonia gamer...It is possible. If there was another it probably wouldn't be about Lloyd and his party. It would be like after the world declines and dies like Ratatosk said.
Tales of Symphonia was created in 2003, and ToS: Dawn of the New World was created in 2008.

Lloyd Irving is the male protagonist of the game titled "Tales of Symphonia," a video game that was first released for the Nintendo Gamecube and later released in Japan for the PlayStation 2. He also appeared as a playable character in the spin-off sequel for the Nintendo Wii, "Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World" (Titled "Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk" in Japan). Lastly, he has appeared in several games of the so called "Tales Series" since his debut, such as "Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology", and was a guest fighter for the game "Soul Calibur Legends." His weapons of choice are twin blades. Lloyd is a optimistic 17-year-old who was raised by a dwarf after being found with his dying mother. Being orphaned, the dwarf named Dirk took Lloyd under his care and raised him as his son. Lloyd attends school in the village of Iselia, located just near his home, before he begins the journey to protect the world's Chosen and regenerate the world. Lloyd is commonly referred to as stupid, as he has a hard time paying attention in school. However, he is very skilled in his fighting and crafting, and he often takes the role of group leader unopposed. Lloyd is also known for his strong wish to protect his friends, and he would do anything to save them.
