1.) Where u looking to be pregnant? Negative pregnancy tests can be good if you are like 19 or younger and don't want kids.
2.) 2 weeks no period is normal if u have just started and the pattern is still irregular.
3.) cramps are normal
This could just be a sign of a delayed period. Although, you could just be testing too early to get a positive on a pregnancy test.I would suggest waiting a week before taking another test. If you don't get your period you should see your doctor or take another test, or both. Stress can also cause a delay in a period and thinking about it a great deal will assist your body in delaying the period. My doctor told me today that all pregnant women have cysts on their ovaries. some women experience no pain & others severe pain based on the size and/or amount of inflammation in the region. otherwise, i'd always make sure that it isn't an ectopic pregnancy and just a cyst cuz they can be dangerous.
could be implantation bleeding or just a wierd cycle. test now and again in twoo weeks, and for gods sake see an ob gyn.
Go see your GP.

Best to seek one-to-one advice from a doctor if your body is showing conflicting signals.
Most pregnancy tests are accurate day one of your missed period, if your test is negative retake it in 3 to 7 days.
Yes. Take a pregnancy test if you miss your period, or have missed a period already
Pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate, but being that it was negative and you got your period, I'd say you are definitely not pregnant.
Yes, because blood tests detect pregnancy earlier than urine tests do.
