Zeus is the king of the gods in Greek mythology and he has a complex relationship with mortals. He is known to interact with mortals frequently, sometimes appearing to them in disguise. However, Zeus is also known for his unpredictable nature and tendency to punish humans who defy or displease him. Overall, Zeus is a powerful deity who both influences and judges the actions and fates of mortals.
Zeus had fire and he wouldn't give it to the mortals. So the guy who made all the mortals stole the fire from Olympus and gave it to the mortals. Zeus got really angry and took the fire back and chained the guy to a mountain and sent an eagle (Zeus's symbol) to take his liver. He also sent Pandora to earth with a box that he told her not to open. Pandora followed Zeus's order for a while but then her curiosity got the best of her and out flew all the burdens in life. greed, greef, gossip, sorrow, envy... I forget the others. But when Pandora closed the box she trapped one in there: it was hope.
