The phenomena is a good explanation of the condensation processes that is happening in our atmosphere.

There are lots of water vapor around us. As this water vapors touch the out side portion of a cold glass, the cold temperature within a cold glass condenses those water vapors, thus, converting it from a gaseous state to a liquid state. Since in its liquid form, it is more denser than gas, the water formed as we termed sweat appears and flow outside a cold glass.

Why does porch tile sweat?

Tile and glass technically does not "sweat", however... When the dew point of the air is higher than the temperature of the tile (or glass or other surface) moisture in the air will "condense" on the cool surface. Many people misunderstand that process and believe that the tile (or glass) is sweating.

What are the roles and functions of food and beverage?

The role of a beverage is to keep your body hydrated, like when you sweat, your body is turning water into sweat so it can cool down. And the role of a food item is to fuel the body with energy. Thats why it is a main concern to eat wisely. Either way, the uneeded or the "bad things" your body can't use is turned into solid and liquid waste.

What does the sauna at the gym do?

It is a hot room with a stove filled with rocks that you throw water on, and that increases the humidity of the room and it makes you sweat.

In humid weather why you have more sweating?

We seem to 'sweat more' on a humid day because as the air is already packed with water molecules, our sweat does not get a chance to evaporate as fast as it would in dry air. So as there is 'no room' for sweat to be absorbed into the water-filled air, which is what humidity is, the sweat just remains a liquid and drips down instead....

Yes, you sweat while you swim but it just doesn't show because you are in the water. Even if the water seems cold you are sweating because your body uses energy which causes your body to cool itself off with sweat.
