Rice is grain... except for white rice. That's like bread it just turns into sugar inside of your body for your liver to deal with. You can't be healthy just eating rice becasue your body NEEDS vegetables and fruit. White rice has basically no nutritional value all it does is expand inside your body once you eat it to make you feel full. In reality your starving your body of all nutrients it needs.
So in conclusion do not eat just rice.
