Why are bird droppings white?
Urates, a byproduct of metabolized proteins, are what make bird droppings appear white.

Food that is not good for the bird. So if you're bird has purple droppings, it either means that you are feeding it the wrong thing, or that when it is playing it has been foraging the ground for food. If this is true, then supervise your birds when they are out of the cage and scold them if they try to eat something off the carpet or something.
